WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Current payment options are currently only debit and credit cards we are looking into after pay within the near future.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

No Name Audio NZ will only refund returned goods if they are defective or incorrectly supplied. (MUST inform us within 7 working days)
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
All amplifiers are tested before being sent out and are only able to be covered by warranty when installed by a reputable company.

WHAT IF I WANT AN ITEM NOT DISPLAYED

We pride ourselves on being able to supply all types of car audio equipment, if you want a certain sort of product make contact and we will try and accommodate the best we can.

SHIPPING POLICY

All purchases include free shipping! Throughout New Zealand
Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
